Members of our community plant trees and help reverse climate change whenever they use Finsu.
For free.
How does it work?
With a Finsu account, you can earn FinsuCoins.
Whenever you collect 100 FinsuCoins, our partners automatically plant a tree for you. You are awarded coins when you:
• create your account;
• tell us about your sustainability priorities;
• invite a friend
• simply keep using Finsu.
Who plants the trees and where?
Our trusted partner Treepoints in co-operation with Eden Reforestation Projects.
Among other locations, trees are planted in Haiti, Honduras, Indonesia, Kenya, Madagascar, Mozambique, Nepal and Nicaragua.
Check this for more on the projects you support with Finsu.
Does planting trees really help?
Reforestation has many benefits. It can help slow global heating, reduce air pollution, alleviate poverty and restore wildlife. But you should keep in mind that:
• it only helps if it’s done right. Non-native trees, for example, can do more harm than good. The experts at Treepoints know the ins and outs to make sure each tree planted by you has a positive impact.
• planting trees alone won’t stop global heating. It is only small piece of the puzzle. Among many other things, let’s use more renewable energy, protect existing forests and consume more consciously.
Do I need to shop to plant trees?
No. Responsible consumption is key to our community. You don’t need to buy anything to earn FinsuCoins; browsing the product catalogue, learning about our ratings or reading our Journal is enough to start planting trees and drive change. Sounds good? Let's do it.
